Generally, pool construction takes between 8 to 12 weeks, given favorable weather conditions and all permits in place. More complex designs may require additional time. We'll provide a specific start date after your pool purchase is finalized.

You'll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will be your primary contact. Additionally, our owner, Joe, is always accessible and regularly visits job sites to ensure smooth installation processes and address any client concerns.

Modifications to your pool design are possible. However, depending on the nature of the request, a change fee may apply and additional time might be required.

We provide various warranty options, including three-year warranties on parts and labor for all Jandy swimming pool equipment, one-year warranties covering all workmanship, and lifetime warranties on concrete shells and NPT StoneScape pebble interior plasters.
